It is structured so that you will get a 56% increase in your basic delivery charge and a 6.5% decrease in your usage charge. So they have it covered. Even if you use NO electricity of theirs you will be getting an increase. Can't believe it? I suggest you look it up. This probably will not be stopped but I intend to keep up the struggle.
